Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead our quality programs, partner with production teams, and successfully deliver reliable, high-tech solutions for customers. This role will require administering the quality function internal to Tomahawk Robotics and with external suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology with 4+ years of relevant quality experience
- Familiarity with quality management systems, ISO9001 standards, manufacturing methods, process improvement and documentation
- Experience with configuration management, receiving inspection and inventory control
- Motivated, hands-on attitude with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to creatively address and solve problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with our technical team and potentially our customers
- Positive attitude and works well in a team environment with mixed engineering disciplines
- Must be a US Citizen

Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of mechanical design experience
- Hands-on experience with robots or electromechanical systems
- Experience optimizing parts for manufacturing and assembly
- Basic understanding of circuit card design
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Responsibilities Include
- Establish and lead the Quality function including the Quality Management System
- Define and lead receiving and inspection activities
- Lead the configuration management discipline
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
- Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to deliver reliable, high-tech solutions
- Subcontractor/vendor management – lead quality assessments and inspections of vendor processes including source inspection
- Collaborate with team members to support programs and proposals
