Proposal Manager

As a Proposal Manager you will create and update proposal documentation to support internal and external projects being executed by Tomahawk Robotics. This role requires the ability to translate our technical capabilities into bids and proposals for our customers. You will lead and manage this process for the company 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of proposal manager, technical editing, and writing experience
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Occasional travel may be necessary
  • This position may require a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with government contracting processes and language
  • Ability to position, discuss, and counter solution validation
  • Creative and critical thinking with focus and attention to details
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize accordingly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal to all levels of users
  • Excellent presentation skills from 1:1 to large groups

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead proposal development efforts including inputs, reviews, submission process and customer Q&A
  • Ensure consistency in styles and formats throughout proposal volumes
  • Ensure document version control is maintained
  • Manage and support multiple proposals concurrently
  • Work with prospective customers, gathering information on their use cases and developing concepts to leverage Tomahawk Robotics’ product portfolio
  • Customize customer engagement materials for customers
  • Work with Product Management to prioritize and define customer enhancement requests
